              Yep. You just have to be willing to buy not-the-latest tech. Doesn't mean your build won't be fast. I was surprised recently how a new build performed against new tech. Only got beat recently by a new tech build that cost more on half, then I spent on my entire rig.

                      The Volta architecture seems very promising for raytracing on paper, but it is hard to say until we test it.
