Alright guys,
here is the next problem...
I have a scene here with an HDRI in the environment slot. It uses the ground projection feature. When I place a VrayPlane into the scene and set it to shadow catcher, the reflection channel gets very bright.
These two images show the RGB and reflection channel with the plane in the scene:
And here the VrayPlane was deleted. Looks as it should:
As a result of all this, the Layering in the postproduction stage does not work, because the reflection channel is too bright. Scene file is attached. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a known limitation? I use the same process in ADV, and there it works like a charm. To me it looks like the shadow catcher doesn't properly pick up the background...
