Yeah, there is an official one for 2018, just not 2019 or 2020.

I purchased GrowFX, but I haven't used it yet. I do know that it is like a 20 step process, so it isn't an easy solution.

Yes, it was a nice valuable plugin. I keep envisioning kids playing on the ball field, passing around the ball. The kid with the ball gets his feelings hurt so he takes his ball and goes home, leaving all the other kids without a ball to play with. It is what kids do!

I wonder if some genius can't get it to be ported...

You would think. I tried the stand-alone, but it is so wonky I can't really use it. I purchased GrowFX, thinking they would make an easy solution to fill the void, but nope.

lol grow fx will be much easier than tyflow.

growfx takes an hour to set up and learn how to control it, but then for future use you just merge it in and press go. create a base file with some materials and reliable numbers and it's even quicker than ivy generator.
it is not a 20 step process every time.

Yeah, I found that out. Some presets would be great. I found a lot of talk about tyflow, but not one link to their site.

                          http://docs.tyflow.com/download/

it's a massively upgraded and modernized particle flow. based on the same philosophy and interface.
Start here if you plan to start - https://www.youtube.com/user/AllanFT...h?query=tyflow
if you've not used it before, it's all relevant before you can jump into making ivy growth. might be closer to 200 steps long.

Even though I have both GrowFX and Tyflow I would pay for something like this : ))

                              -------------------------------------------------------------
Simply, I love to put pixels together! Sounds easy right : ))

Yeah! I saw this a while back. You would think that we would be there by now. No matter how far we think we have come this shows how far we have to go.
