Rough crowed. Copying materials, objects, and modifiers, from one MAX to another is priceless and worth admission.

I'm not dissing Sini at all. I'm just trying to understand all these colloquialisms....

looks like they finally fixed their stupid MAC ID error that popped up agian and again meaning its usable for forenisic again.
the archiver is still useless as it doesnt do phx or tyflow or VDBs or xmesh etc etc

i think it should be free until they can streamline it a bit.

I'll give it a try. I know all their scripts can be found online for free, but the convenience of them all in one place, updated at the same time for releases, is worth it to me. Like Drop, which is free from IToo, is in their bundle of scripts.

It's not that they're free - it's that the alternate versions tend to be deeper and have more features. Scripts don't really need to be updated either. Use pixamoons favourite scripts and dump them all in a network folder.
and look into tyflows 'tyconform' modifier as an alternative to drop, it'll change your life.

The sini relink tool sucks. It sucks bad.

Found this one that is working well: http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/collect-asset

Pixamoon stuff looks like a great alternative, thanks for sharing that

Yeah pixamoon stuff is really good. I have bought several of his scripts (maybe all of them ?) and they are very helpful.

                                Poor man's SINI: https://www.artstation.com/marketpla.../assembly-tool

Not a replacement, but certainly making life easier.
