Autodesk Licensing and EULA changes

I paid for the maintenance on my Max 2020 license which gets me 2021 and maybe 2022 depending on when it is released but it is my understanding that 2020 is the last version that will allow for offline activation. So that way you could get an activation code and keep it should you need it in the future. So I may just stick with that even though I will have wasted my money on 2021. These are choices that honest hard working folks shouldn't have to make, but these greedy corporations force us into such.

Like some of you, I have a LOT invested in 3ds Max with V-ray, PhoenixFD, Corona, Rayfire, Madcar, Craft, Fume, Afterburn and more. And I had plans to use it all so I'm kind of stuck now
