And I never had issues with credit card before. Vimeo is the only. I have just today received an answer from their support saying, they are investigating the issue. They have now spent almost two months investigating this issue.

I had yesterday an awkward situation with a customer. Their animation could not be found in my Vimeo account. It seems they are cleaning my account of due to unpaid subscription fees. Do You think it would be time to escalate this to their management. Any contact information there?

Escalating to management? Lol, not in the world we live in, you'll have to deal with customer support.

In my opinion if you have so much problems with a company just to be able to pay, apart from your bank being a dick, I would look for other alternatives. Seems to me you could use a proofing software like Cage.app, Zillow, GoVisually, etc. You have a lot more than those mentioned, and they are specifically tailored to proofing visuals or video.

Also I heard more bad things of Vimeo than of Paypal to be honest, so if you're not inclined to get a Paypal account because of what you heard, I wouldn't take a Vimeo account either. All in all it's about being flexible and realizing that the situation you're in could have been easily solved already by using other services, no reason to hold on to old habits.

I asked them (Vimeo) to send me an (preferably electronic) invoice so I could pay it by using banking application. They told, they don't do invoicing. How is it even possible to run a business without invoicing?

I'm beginning to believe, Vimeo has outsourced customer support. I don't know if that's the case, but it would make sense based on my experience with them.

I'm not sure if changing the video hosting service would be a good idea. I need a customer approval for that.

I promised I would not reply again in this thread, but here I am.

I had the same issue in that I couldn't download an invoice for a pro plan...which is bizarre because there is a button precisely for emailing yourself a generated invoice. Anyway, I contacted support via chat and they were able to make me an invoice. This was 2 days ago so it is indeed possible. I had already paid that bill however.

Strange way of working. I think in the end both sides need to be able to work, if you're stuck for months some leniency might be a good place to start.

In the end, not much we can do besides advice you to use either Paypal or another proofing platform.

Also these are Vimeo's accepted payment methods: https://help.vimeo.com/hc/en-us/arti...ayment-methods

              Thanks,

I think they say here, they are accepting Mastercard. Maybe Mastercard isn't accepting them. If I was Vimeo, I would investigate why is this happening. However I'm not Vimeo
