I've heard you have to have windows server on your network to overcome this connectivity limit by assigning groups or domains (or something like that - perhaps someone can confirm.)

Anyhow - gilicom's problems are hard to narrow down based on the info provided. Could be any number of reasons - I'm mostly thinking group access/permissions at this point. Perhaps you're even running a slower network card in that comp and it's creating a bottleneck. Is your connection intermittent?

You dont have to have windows domains (but they can make some things easier)... its just that windows server doesn't have the connection limit. That's how Microsoft forces you to buy Windows server instead of just running one of your ordinary copies of windows as a server.

i can acces to that comp through network with no pssword needed , it render fine using backburner .
basically the version your usualy is still a little wonkey when it comes to the DR
I'll guess i'll wait for a less wonkeyer version...

There is a way to bypass the windows 10 connection limit. It requires replace some files with modified version to allow great numbers

I don't think the 10 connection limit would apply if you rendered to a linux machine being used as a file server....could be wrong though!
