The Wii is to be given props for the path they have chosen. Only time will tell how it performs for them in the long run. I really want a Wii, and the wife says i can get one after the new year, but I'm going to rent one before I decide. I like more 'adult' games for the most part.

Yeah the Wii is pretty sweet.. Thinking of getting one for my GF for xmas.. but at the shop the other day she didnt seem all too wrapped about it. Mainly cause of the game sellection at the moment i think. And her fav game.. "rayman" is now a multiple minigame style game as opposed to a mario type of game.. which is a shame. So abit undecided..*sigh*

looks to be going the way of ssx on the ps2, and its supposed to be amazing to play.

Please tell me one PS2 game that looks better than Resistance: Fall of Man? If I compare just the sports games from PS2 to PS3 it is by far a night and day comparison. Now if you don't have a HD TV I can see why you would think it doesn't look good.,, as most of the new games on the market are made to run in HD rather than the standard 480.

Games like Ridge Racer, Need for Speed Carbon by far look superior over their PC counterparts " In my opinion" but either or the content is the same and the games play just as well. Most of the games I am looking forward to are not rolling out for another 3 to 6 months "Motor storm, The White Council, FF13, and a few others" But I can also mention that Blue Ray movies or any movie that can be seen in 1080p is beyond worth it... If you haven't seen it yourself it just isn't explainable.

To note my roommate has a Wii and well I just can't handle the crap graphics, call me a high end junkie, but I would much rather have a 360 or PS3 over a Wii. If I wanted to play my old school games I would unpack my NES... But I will say Zelda is the only good looking game on the Wii.
                    Thanks
