I use Xnview most of the time, but we wrote our own viewer for exr images that can display all channels

IrfanView with some plugs for HDR EXR and some raw formats. I used to use Thumbs plus but it got bloated too.

Acdsee 9 here.. But I've tried xnview too and I simply don't understand how someone can use that, it's so incredible slow.
