What do people know about Ted?

These are closely guarded secrets. Who wants to know and why?

I think everyone needs to know as much about ted as possible.

Personally ive always wanted to know what kind of cake john cleese is eating in that photo of them together, and just how many small woodland creatures are currently residing in his beard.

Word is that beard is now a protected wildlife sanctuary. I'd expect to see Bill Oddie anytime now!

I dont hate Bill Odie but his glory days were definately in The Goodies, plus im not into birds - of the winged variety.

Theodore Boardman on the other hand, I believe his best is yet to come.

All it takes is a few beers, preferably in a very large glass.

Oh, and he also doesn't like the scale tool :P

Hrmm... I suddenly got a vision of that Family Guy episode where he has the endangered birds living in his beard.

Well you lot if you havent seen his awesome website yet check it out..
                      http://www.tbmax.com/

Youtube seems to have some tutorials available also, I learnt a lot in particular from the video on extrusion.

Glyph - are you referring to Alan Titschmitschmarsh? I preferred his early sidekick Charlie No-bra.

I personally derive a massive amount of self gratification from the scale tool.

In Sub-Object mode, sure... but not on a box for example.
                        A box of 1 x 1 x 1m scaled with 200% becomes then 2 x 2 x 2m, but not in the Modify panel. That's his problem.

I also know he likes steak, accompanied with a beer ofcourse.
(I had the privilige to sit next to him and talk to him during a dinner at a seminar last year in The Netherlands)

                            i do like his beard

the modeling tutorials are fine, but all rendering/lighting images he shows off puzzle me.

like, this image being the result of an "architectual glass" tutorial:

                            wtf...?

When you look up in the dictionary the definition of "If you can't do it, teach it." You see a big old picture of him. LOL I'm kidding... well mostly. His gallery iIS pretty ghastly. Obviously old, but I sure as hell wouldn't purchase education/training from his with images like that.
