When going to "Help - Photoshop Help" it should open up the Adobe Help Viewer. In the Help Viewer, from the pulldown menu, you should be able to browse for any Adobe help file installed on you system.

Otherwise you might consider a reinstall.

yup that's what I'm saying. just premiere and Indesign. I don't even think Indesign is on my workstation.

When I have time, I'll reinstall. everything is installed via policy by IT. Where ever I log in, "my" apps will be made available.
