Just got a reply from Gnomon who said that is perfectly fine to sell my used Gnomon DVD's. Don't worry Cubicle I accept your apology, no hard feelings.
Gnomon have proved once again that they a great company who produce quality products. Hopefully now I can raise some cash to get some new titles. Got to keep on learning!.

It happens to be in the 'use of materials section'
There are 3 chapters to the terms and conditions, if you'd care to read them. The first quote was applicable to all products they make, the second was taken directly from the 'training materials' section.

There is a chapter about the site, yes. But if you carry on reading it also covers training materials and dvd's.

Let it go, it is hard to be wrong, believe me I know. There have been many times in my life when I have been wrong, it helps build character, especially if you can admit to it. Why don't you contact Gnomon if you feel you are still right, since you seem to think you know better than them.

This was the point I was going to make, if you had been in the
mood for a conversation! There was no intent to make you look
bad or in any other way defame your Charcter.
Just highligthing Law isn't/shouldn't be the point. The point
should be Gnomons view/restrictions placed upon the work
they produce. If THEY are fine then knock yourself out.

I wouldnt believe what they said in your email until I saw it, why would they say something 3 times on their webise, and then contradict themselves in an email. I just see you as being the type of person to lie through their teeth because they cant face up to someone calling them out.

Either way, neither of us are getting anywhere this far in, so I guess we'll leave it as both of us having an undeserved sense of entitlement and you can happily sell your dvd's, eh?
