ehm, what do you mean with same thing?
I have a lot of poly object (one polygon each), every one is mapped with a different tree image to use them as billboard and I would like to assign them an orientation constrain controller with the orientation target pointing to the same camera

Something similar to select all the planes then apply the controller to all of them

I was thinking if they were the same object you could assign the control and then "clone and align" them

For the record you should also be able to select the tracks in the curve editor and apply an instanced controller to them too.

Cool, never used it, but noticed it before in a similar search...
