Sory plastic for ignoring u, I didnt know that Prime95 can test more than just CPU(I use it years ago to test cpu havent touch it for a while). Will run the test in 20 min.

So far I know that the issue is WINDOWS -.-, in Save mode I can open my PSD work save do what I want. When I go to normal mode, I open PSD bum freeezee (PS only) I gota kill task, restart/load file again !. I guess one of windows updates messed up PS... will dig in and format later I guess :/

I run prime95. All went fine... but I stick me head to case and I can hear some hummm dzzz dzzz dzzz dzzz noising coming off it when windows load... any ideas? I'm gonna call my reseller tomorrow maybe he know whots its about. Souds like Mobo is dying :/

1.
try the latest memtest with all the mem sticks to rule out the memory HW failure
2.
make sure all your BIOS settings are set to fail safe defaults
3.
make sure the the memory is set to its native voltage

is the memory compatible with mobo?

hey DADAL,
Did you run prime95 with the "blend" test, for about 10min, and it didn't crash?
Then your mainboard/cpu/memory/bios should be fine, PSU too.

The "dzz dzz dzz" sounds like a coming HD head crash. The mobo doesn't make a sound, unless there is some stuck fan.
Probably some files got corrupted because the HD is dying.
The other possibility is the graphics card, if possible try to exchange it with another one to test.

The Mobo and all cpu/mem setings are standard, I cant OC dual xeons on asus so its all default.

The memory is compatible, Its recommended by asus and kingston.

Yea about 15 mins.

The noise - yea u right it was my 1st gess that its HDD and it always happen when Win bot- but then I know that mobo got condensators/confensators (dunno how to spell it u know the 1 that manage electricity ) and I hear that they can make that kind of noise when under load.

Hard to say I will get new hdd and do fresh win reinstall once I got strenght to deal with it....

Strange thing is that PS works under safe mode fine but not under windows... wrrr Hardware and software.. I hate u both !
