Autodesk sell Suite version only. No single 3ds Max.

vlado and chaos...take blender, develop some specific tools for the archiviz market and engage the developer of the vray4blender addon and sell together into an archiviz suite (renders + modelling&uv tools)... I think most will be happy...

I know..i know... I'm dreaming...but...it's free...surely until Autodesk buying the dreaming...

hmmm.

This may just be that autodesk has been in touch with all their resellers and told them to start heavily pushing the suite onto new users. I know they're bad at times, but i cant imagine them going as far as to force you spend more on stuff you dont want.
...I do understand what I just said, but useless features in a subscription isnt quite separate software.
