No, I haven't got one, but I'd like one. Does anyone know if such a thing exists? We are creating an animation and we need some animated trees. We are using Treestorm from Onyx. Pretty good but sooooo laborious and slow.

That would be what I would use also. GrowFX is apparently much better and quicker for that sort of thing, but a hell of a learning curve to make trees as it doesnt come with as many "presets" as Onyx.
If you have UNLIMITED budget you could go for SpeedTree, but I dont know how is the learning curve on that.
If you have unlimited time, you could mess arond with Vue Xtreme

Hmmm I see Speedtree now has a smaller version of their software for smaller studios at US$ 865Kind Regards,

Another problem is that if you want to offset the animation lets say you have 5 proxy trees each has 100 frame cycle, you want to offset it 10 times, so you get 50 proxy variations on a given frame, ram goes through the roofDmitry Vinnik
