    I'm not sure where your problem lies, but I know that this has NEVER been a problem for me...EVER! There is a setting somewhere that you are missing and it's causing windows update to reboot your computer.

    OR, Maybe, possibly, the computer BSOD and then rebooted itself? Check your system logs to see what triggered the computer to reboot. This is the ONLY time my computer will reboot without my permission. (I'm kind of controlling like that! Haha)

        For me the reboot has only occurred between one and three AM.

          Will be worse in Windows 10, unless you have the pro version you can't turn it off!
