Yeah, hyperthreading is enabled already. It's not seeing your second CPU, hence 1 socket. What does your BIOS or boot screen show?

Your missing one CPU you should have two sockets not one if you have a dual cpu's

I would check the BIOS and see what it reads It should list both.

The place I purchased it from said to contact Dell support. They told me not to touch the BIOS. So, another little hurdle.
