  • Procedural textures with Unwrap UVW

    I have an object (a wall with lots of holes for windows cut into it) that is to have a brick texture applied. I want to unwrap the UVs and also use a procedural diffuse texturemap - BerconTile in this case.

    Is combining procedural textures with the Unwrap UVW modifier generally a 'no-no'? (as UV maps are normally painted in Photoshop etc)

    you could uv box map your bercon tiles to map channel 1 and have your unwrapped uv set mapped to channel 2 and then layer the two with a vray blend mat.....
