most of our guys at work bike for like 20-40 minutes every day by biking to work and back. Thats a good workout, plus good chairs. I dont bike because I live far, about 25 km from work so I run every second day, and every 4 th day we have sparring were we kick the shit out of each other......good way to blow steam, then go for beers.
