  • Importing DWG with dashed lines in 3ds Max and retain the dashed lines?

Is there a way to import DWG in 3ds Max and retain the look of dashed lines? They appear as solid lines after importing.

    Thanks in advance!

you need to do this in autocad.
use WMFOUT to export the line(s) and WMFIN to import it back as a block and explode it. that?s it.

Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work. After importing with WMFIN the dashed lines got converted to continuous lines. Exploding didn't help either.
