Brand new to V-Ray for 3DS Max but have used V-Ray for Sketchup for years. Was just wondering if there is a 3DS Max material library out of the gate similar to Sketchup. In Sketchup, fresh off the V-Ray install you have a whole bunch of built in V-Ray materials like fabrics, meshes, metals of various colors, plastics, bricks, ground cover, etc... that you could start painting with right off the bat. I realize 3DSMax is a whole other level of rendering, but does that exist in 3DSM? Or do you need to start by creating your own material or downloading a vismat from one of many places on the web.
Thanks for the advice!
