    Hey,

First make sure to get a latest nightly build. Here is how to get it - https://forums.chaosgroup.com/forum/...nightly-builds

If the problem still persists and you are using the Ocean preset, in your scene probably there is a V-RayPlane node. If you hide it the horizon should render fine.

Note that if you hide the VRayPlane and there are particles in your scene they may flicker without a bottom plane below the ocean surface so you might need a large enough plane below the surface to act as a botom.

What version of Phoenix and V-Ray are you using?

Can you share with us the scene so we can take a look?

            Vray 3.60.03 _ phoenix 3.10.00

also , phoenix's particles ( foam, mist , splash) have conflict with translucency in material, when i make Special water material with fog and translucency and i render water and foam together , 3ds max crashes.

              Hello,

For the crashes it's best to get the latest versions of V-Ray and Phoenix and if they are still reproducible we'll take a look.

As for the black line near the horizon it happens because of the reflection glossiness and the lower camera angle. If you set the reflection glossiness to 1 or you move the camera up a bit it should be gone.
Though this shouldn't happen and I have logged it in our bug tracking system.

              Thank you,
