    Hey,

Can you check the about dialogue of Phoenix and screenshot it for me? I need the build ID in order to be able to match the version of the dmp file. There is no official Phoenix 3.14 yet, that's why I'm asking...

    Cheers!

        Hey,

Can you try updating to the latest version and try again? If the issue is still reproducible can you send us the file so we can check it.
The ones you have attached can't be downloaded for some reason.

        Thanks,

Hey, found the issue - before the fix goes into the nightlies, you can work around it by assigning a different particle texture to the material of the MAX mesh.

The problem is a race between the simulator and the viewport to update the texture - each one invalidating the result of the other because the viewport updates the texture for exact frames, while Phoenix updates it for fractional frames because you are simulating with many frames per second.

Thanks a ton for the report!
