After boot into new Win11, two black windows-Unified Login and VRLS - What to do with them?

I just upgraded to Windows 11 and when I boot I have two Chaos windows (black CMD/Powershell) that open and sit there. They have a cursor blinking. What am I supposed to do with them? I don't like having to close them each time I boot. I uninstalled and reinstalled the License Server and they persist.

What do I need to do with them to satisfy them?

I got the same UFO every time I turn on my computer. How can I get rid of that?
