  • problem GPU rendering Ocean redshift/phoenix fd

    Good morning,
I have a problem with the mesh of my ocean with phoenix FD.
I don't have the same resolution at the grid level and at the ocean itself (see photo).
When I use vray everything is ok, but when I switch to redshift, and I check the "show mesh" box I get this result that I cannot change.
it seems that the ocean has much less resolution.
    Can anyone help me?
    many thanks in advance

        Hey hello!

Sorry for the delay, but it would be better to post in the Phoenix forums instead of the common section.

Please try this workaround: select the Simulator and type in the maxscript listener $.oceanforcerenddetail=true

This will make the viewport slower, but will be a workaround for the issue until we find the exact reason.

Could you please share the exact Redshift and Phoenix versions you use?

        Cheers!
