Re: weird render times...
what are your machine specifications?
1 you have a lot of subdivisions in the qmc gi (15), better, try to get them lower ( default is good) and raise the noise treshold option to 0.01 or 0.008,
2-also, you can cnange, primary bouncer to irradiance map, the quasi monte carlo is very slow, beacouse it calculates every possible gi solution.

Re: weird render times...
Yea, those render times don't seem that odd for those settings. As Arbolive said your Qmc subdiv are quite high and a switch to Irradiance map would probably be better. For the Noise threshold a larger number (.05) will render faster and smaller numbers (.005-.001) will render slower. Also you've got a few glossies in ther, so that might be driving up you settings as well. You might also want to post your AA settings as that could be causeing things to take longer as well.Damien Alomar<br />Generally Cool Dude

One of the feet of the chimney is much lighter than the other. The lighting looks strange on it.
Could it be that you have 2 superimposed mesh on the chimney...? That would explain the long rendering time and lighting...
