  • Texturing vray infinite plane

I must create an "infinite" water plane.

It's possible use the infinite vray plane and texturing it?

    interesting question?

But why don't you use "safe frame" to viewport for calibrating of simple plane?

You're probably better off just setting up the geometry yourself. There are a number of issues with mapping the infinite plane, especially since your end result will be water(which looks best w/ displacement).

Yes, here you will find a screenshot for the texturing (works also for procedural noise).

Displacement dosn't work for infinite groundplanes, but it cost render time to use it, so best you test what match your need.
