  • Very bright spot on render?

    Hey everyone.

I recently started using Vray and so far its been great.
But on my latest practice run I keep getting a very bright spot on the walls of my building and I can't seem to find the problem.

Just a standard wall wich is illuminated by a VrayLight wich is placed in front of the middle of the wall.
The wall is a dark grey color, but on the left it starts off as very bright white, lessening in brightness the farther you go to the right.
On the right the color is as it is supposed to be.
When I move the Vray light to the right off the wall, the bright area also moves to the right.
I keep getting the same problem with all of my lights (Vraysun, Target Spot,etc...)
Someone said I should turn off vigneting in my physical camera, but that didn't do the trick.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(sorry, don't have a picture yet, I hope my explanation is somewhat clear).

what else is in the scene besides the wall and the 1 light?
maybe you have some hidden lights?

Without posting a screen shot of the render, the viewport, and your render settings, I'm afraid you won't get an answer
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

Sorry, kinda new to the forum.
What render settings do you need? Still finding my way around all of them.
