Vray RT render problem

After I select Vray RT & render it, the screen become black color.No running.....
I'm using 3ds max2013, Vray 2.0 SP3, windows 7 64 bits.

Anybody know about it, please...........

i not really understand,how to solve it? is it windows blocked??

First of all, check if you have the V-Ray RT render server running - you should have in task manager a process named vray.exe - do you see it? If not, try running the RT server manually from the Start menu.
