PhoenixFDOceanTex question

hello guys,
bumping this old thread.
I have a situation where i need to use PhoenixOceanTex on quite small surface, rougly 10 meters circle in diameter and i am really fighting to set up the texture nicely.
Iam gettgin really weird results...perhaps it s the scale i am working with but...

are there any good setting to start with?
Perhaps a tutorial?

set the wind speed to be about 3 m/sec
