Phoenix2.dlr> failed to initialize

Hi all,

So I installed the PhoenixFD update (phoenixFD_adv_22000_max2015_vray_24_x64.exe)
after I uninstalled the 2.1 version (phoenixFD_adv_21000_max2013_vray_24_x64.exe).

When I start 3ds max I get the following 2 messages:

3dsmax.exe - Entry Point Not Found
---------------------------
The procedure entry point ?GetInterface@MtlBase@@UEAAPEAXK@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library core.dll. 
---------------------------

and

---------------------------
Error Loading Plug-in DLL
---------------------------
DLL <C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2014\plugins\vrayplugins\Phoenix2.dlr> failed to initialize.
Error code 127 - The specified procedure could not be found.
---------------------------

Any ideas how to solve this?

I'm using 3dsmax 2014 SP5 Commercial on Windows 7 SP1 (and Vray 2.4, 64bit).

you are installing phoenix for max2015 over max 2014, that seems to be the problem
