Vray 3.0 Render Shortcut

I have a hotkey in maya to render the current image ("redoPreviousRender render")
That worked greate in Vray 2.45 but I have problems using it in vray 3.0. It only works if I click into a Maya Window before pressing the hotkey.
If I click the VFB it doesn't work.
Is there any Solution for that?

I got the same behavior here with V-Ray 3.x - when VFB windows is on focus Maya shortcuts do not work.
I'll report it as a bug if it works fine with version 2.x.

I can confirm it works fine in version 2.x.
A note about it has been added into our system.

What is the exact V-Ray and Maya version on your side and what is the shortcut setup?
