Sounds like perhaps your dongle is not plugged in? Or you are pointing at a license server that is invalid

Try re-installing. We've moved away from Dongle based licensing and there can sometimes be a conflict between v2 and v3 licensing. If the issue persists please email support@chaosgroup.com
