  • why the liquid can't be well rendered?

hi,my friend met a new problem again.he told me that the liquid can't be well rendered, the picture looks ugly, the water looks like ink,no caustics at all.how to solve the problem? [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

The material should look fine judging by your settings. It should be something else that causes this dark water effect. Can you attach the scene? Which V-Ray version is this?

is the image that you posted made with the same scene setup? The output looks very different from ours, the lighting as well? Can you start another render with the scene that you sent us?

          affect shadow ON
when you have caustics enabled you don't need to have affect shadows enabled.

The environment is complete black from what I can see, does the shadow gets brighter if you change the BG-color to non-black color?
