  • Question regarding V-Ray frame Buffer and Render Elements...

I'm using Vray 3.4 with 2014 3DS Max. I've added Global illumination, Vray Lighting, Vray Shadows and Vray Sample rate to the Render Elements Tab. However once my render is complete and I go to the frame buffer to view the individual channels, other than RGB and Sample rate, they appear as a black image.

The renderer I'm using is Vray. Has anybody experienced this? Any suggestions much appreciated. Even basic ones - I'm a newbie.

Can you post the scene file for this issue?
This could happen if you are using unsupported materials.
