Can't update Vray 3 license

Hi all. I'm trying to install the updated license for Vray 3 for Sketchup. After generating an .rtc file, I keep getting a message saying "Box not found in RTU file."
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Thank you. I was able to contact support and they sent me the correct rtu file. However, I notice that I still can't get the denoiser function to work (it's grayed out) and I'm wondering if this is an issue with the demo version or something else. With the dongle updated, I'm assuming I'm no longer running the demo but in fact, I'm running the full version. Is this correct?

The Denoiser is grayed out if you are rendering in Interactive mode. The trial and commercial versions are functionally the same.
With an updated dongle, you should be using the correct commercial licenses. You can do a quick test by opening http://localhost:30304/#/bundle/vray30sketchup in your web browser, then run a a test render (preferably Interactive) and see which licenses are engaged. Clicking on the license numbers opens up additional information about the expiry date (should be set to "Never").
