simulation not showing using batch render

HI, I'm new to vray and phoenix fd and I was trying to render a explosion scene with phoenix fd. I don't know why it doesn't work with the batch render but it works in vray frame buffer? please help, Thanks.

I am using phoenix fd for maya.

Hey,

The batch renderer copies the scene and the $(...) macros which can be used in the Input rollout for pointing to the cache files lose the correct path. Try specifying a full path to the caches and it should work
