Hi guys
Using either Rhino 5 or 6, whats the best and quickest way to get a Rhino scene to Max?
I was thinking in Rhino using the VRay tools and convert all materials to VRay, then export the entire scene to a .vrcene, then import that into Max. I'm not at my PC right now so can't test this. It's a pretty tight deadline.
In the past our workflow has been Rhino to 3ds, then import the 3ds into Max, recreate all materials and reassign. Even though the results were good, it's just too slow of a workflow
Once in Max, I'm hoping there is a way to edit the .vrscene as I may have to assing different materials or modify the geometry.
(our clients use Rhino, we use Max)
Thoughts?
