I assume you mean OSL support? https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...Fresnel+shader
This is currently not in V-Ray 3 for Rhino.
Could you please elaborate on how you wish to use this IOR workflow in your projects and what end result you are aiming for?
Kind regards,
PeterPeter Chaushev

Example
Simple IOR
Non-metall -
Index n (IOR) = x
Index k = 0
Advanced IOR
Metall -
Index n (IOR) = x
Index k = y
n R | 0,638 µm = x1
n G | 0,532 µm = x2
n B | 0,465 µm = x3
k R | 0,638 µm = y1
k G | 0,532 µm = y2
k B | 0,465 µm = y3
for gradation variations reflect = bitmap texture
Example
Aluminuium
IOR: (1.342, 0.965, 0.585)
K: (7.474, 6.400, 5.187)

Fresnel Type
This allows you to select between different methods of controlling the reflection Fresnel effect;- "IOR (Advanced)" lets you set the Index of Refraction for each red, green and blue channel. This allows you to control the reflectivity color for both dielectric materials (i.e. non-metals) and metals, while remaining physically correct.
- "Color" is an artist friendly mode that allows you to control the facing reflectivity color, without required complex IOR values.
- "IOR" lets you set a single Index of Refraction value to control reflectivity and is ideal for simple dielectric materials. Dielectric materials typically have an Index of Refraction between 1.0 and 2.0, where 1.0 means no reflectivity and higher values mean stronger reflectivity.

Thank you for your reply!
It will be logged as reference for future internal discussions on OSL support and usage in V-Ray for Rhino for the next major release.
Let me know there are any other use cases you miss in V-Ray for Rhino.
Kind regards,
