  • VRay SDK, VRenderLight

For some reason VRay doesn't call function "eval" of VRenderLight, but other ones (compileGeometry, init) are called.
    Where am I wrong?
    sorry for my English

Perhaps V-Ray does not recognize it as a V-Ray light; did you implement the I_VRAYLIGHT interface for your ObjLightDesc object?

    Best regards,
    Vlado

      Yes, I did.
I found, if I call eval from Illuminate it works.

What did you have to change to improve the meshlight?

incredible. I was always of the opinion that there had to be room for improvement with the vray meshlight/material, but this is pretty awesome.

                          Great Job!

                          A few requests:
                          * Can you post images with GI disabled?
                          * Can you do a very small animation (just a camera move)?

Thanks alot and keep up the good work.
