Does anyone know how to fix it ?

It looks like the leaf is opacity mapped on a plane? And the opacity isn't being taken into account for the Zdepth right? If so, I'd post this in bug reports or Wishlist.

Which version of vray is this?

      yes, you're right - opacity map & z-depth problem

the easiest workaround to this problem is to render the scene with 100%white materials and a black fog for z depht..

This way you can make a special material for the leaf with transparency..just remember to check the "exponential" for the transparency to be right..

mmm i guess a dodgy work around as long as there isnt much geometry involved could be to use displacement and set it to like 1 and set the water level to 0.5 or something and use the opacity map as the displacement map. So it basically cuts out the leaf, that should then work ok with the DOF.... I assume.
