Ok guys. I've been struggling with an issue for a long time now. Every time I need to decor a scene, I have to use a lot of 3d meshses, this allways, wallways slows down my PC, no matter what video card I have, or hoy much RAM or what kind of processor, is slows down.
Now, One of mny co-workers said he worked at a previous place where they used a "cloner" to create fake object duplicates.
How did it work?, mostly as inserting an instance of a block, but it apparently places a "virtual" instance of an object, a fake object which of course does not slow down your PC cuz its not a reall 3d object or mesh.
However, I've been googling for three days and haven found anything on the WEB.
If any of you know how this plugin is called, or where to find it, I would really aprreciate it. Even willing to exchange my texture library (over 2gb) and IES library for this info.
Thanks for all the light you can shed.
