Explode is'nt good decision ;D Vray does'nt love exploded objects. You may use different mapping channels for each cube side. Then you should adjusting them manually

There's other variant. You may try to unrapUVN the cube, and then in PS you may apply textures individually

Explode is a good option. why not? apply different materials to each side of the cube and edit the texture mapping keeping all of them with a single channel. Just adjust the rotation and the position of the Mapping widgets.

Does All the materials you want to apply include Textures? or they are simply Textureless materials?

            Re: Mapping

I would like to understand the method using different channel in diffuse. Is there any kind of tutorial? I'm breaking my head!

Well, exploding the cube is a solution...but it's an extreme solution, I wouldn't like to explode anthing.
            So...what about different diffuse channels?

            Thanks

              Re: Mapping

if you explode the edges may become jaggy, they wont render seamless

                Re: Mapping

Workaround: extract render mesh and than extract the needed mesh parts/faces. So, the connection between two faces are not jagged.
