Have you started the server? You could check if server is running by navigating to http://localhost:30304

seems not running or blocked from a firewaal, unfortunatly i used linux 10 yeras ago and i rememvber nothingh, and every distro is differnt||||

just disable the firewall : no connection to server

ok now i have inserted the dongle in my other pc and i can reach the status of the server path vray in blender, aims to file vray.bin......all black!!

Seems solved :.....just restart the cp i think was the services not running..
