    • yes im sure a built-in noise would be good. map slot always preferable/more powerful though, assuming its not much more complex to achieve.

                      • seems it crashes with unhandled exception if i put a "normal bump" map in the triplanar tex.

                        however, if i put the triplanar tex in the normal bump (as i guess is correct actually) then it works as expected.
