I've had great success with the script, even on a huge 10kx10k 3.5GB image the other day. For some reason though it doesn't work anymore.
It doesn't show the usual progress counting the percent of denoising and after a while, windows error:

Computer restarts down't help. Could the vdenoise.exe have been damaged?

Glad to hear that it worked, and ouch to the error.
It's hard to tell, for me, from here, why it's doing that.
Did you try a chkdsk, or a reinstall?

It does work with a smaller file, so it's not totally corrupt But with large files not anymore for some reason. It's like it never stops reading them.
I have used chkdsk and installed latest Vray, the vdenoise.exe is the new.

          ah-ah.
Vlado will surely be interested in receiving the file, and instructions to repro the bug.

Sure, it's nothing special or secret: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...earth.0070.exr, but nearly 430 MB

                Hi Lele,

Is there any way to keep the blend frames at 0? it keeps resting to 1 after each time I pick a file, even making a preset wont keep 0. I'm try to keep a preset for still Images.

                Thanks!

I see where the odd behaviour is: each time you pick an image which is detected as part of a sequence, it will turn frame blend to 1.
So if you have a preset and then pick a file, it'll revert that to 1.
I'll just remove the automatic behaviour altogether, and simply default it to 1.

Which version are you using, of the lot i uploaded?

The one from this date "19-08-2016: Updated the BB version"

Thanks Lele! I'm using this a lot.. being able to deniose 18k VR renders with per element denoising on multiple GPU's gets done in a few minutes.

                      Hi Lele,

Anyway you can remove the automatic behavior in the frame blend?

                      I would really appreciate it.

                        Hi Lele,

I'm having trouble getting the BB version to submit, it just pops up an integer error and points to this line in the script:

"minFrame=(subString (getfilenamefile theFiles[1]) (findString (getfilenamefile theFiles[1]) stringToFind) -1) as integer"

                        Any ideas?

                        Thanks.

                          likely a malformed file name.
I am removing the BB submitting version from the thread.
                          Please do not use it.

Lele, is it possible to specific render passes such as the GI pass?

With the free nuke denoiser node, sure.
SP5 will have the ability to denoise REs.
