The file contains a lot of shader tests in the material library. No help file included though.
If you find it useful and find ways to make it better, please post your findings.

Hey Gijs, I'm interested in seeing your material but I use Max6. Would you mind posting a screen shot?
jojo7077, did you model your female in that pose or is she rigged? The way that her breast falls and abdomine curves looks great. Can you comment on that any?
Here's a test I'm working on for a fast skin shader.
It doesn't use reflections, only the hilight feature. So it won't work well with HDRI, only VRayLights. The shader is based on thin translucency and I plan to add SSS for the ears/ nose etc. soon. Currently it only uses tileable maps for testing until I can get to creating some custom maps.
Let me know what you guy think and how it can be improved.
there are quite a few materials in that file. maybe a material library could do the trick? If you think this will work I will post the material library soon.

It might but I did try to import it into Max6 as a material library already. It started to open then just gave me nothing. I'm mainly concerned with your Translucency settings.
Question: I have been using a grey scale value in the translucency color
box multiplier. Does the color you use really have any effect other than
as a multiplier value? I use the color boxes for refraction and reflections
the same way, or with maps to control the area / amount of effect, but
they always greyscale.
