No, seriously, use Egz' materials, or use the search button. Either way, you'll probably end up with some terrible results that you'll have to drag through PS to fake proper reflections.
hell master of vray
i need some exclusive tutorial or advise in glass (table, cup, dish etc.)and mirror in vray
There are tones of posts in the forum on these, just use the search as mentioned above and you should be able to find what you are looking for rather quickly.

I just can't stop wondering why people ask these simple as sumtin
questions? How about playing with VRay material for 15 seconds
and figuring it out yourself? I'm calling the Hell Master of Max!
I need extensive tutorial how to make a sphere! ... Oh, forget it...
I quess I'm just frustrated...
Because unfortunately Vray doesn't have a proper glass material, and there is no universal setting that will work in both interior and eksterior scenes ...
One moment you think you have solved the glass mystery, and the next you find out it's completely worthless without endless tweaking.
So, don't blame people if they ask the same question - this is just because there is no general answer for all scenes. We often find ourselves rendering glass as mirror and comping it in PS. Tragic!

Hi TJE
Sorry, if I sounded like tight ass motha or something. My point
was just that with a bit of research and some trial and error you can
find good settings for glass which suits your scene and learn few things
about Vray material as well as you go... But as you said there are no
universal setting for glass or for any other material when I come to think of it.
Thats why I also said to give the search a try because there are quite a few different glass materials that have been posted in the forum since its inception
