    How can I expedite support? I have been trying to get help for several days, but it is taking 24 hours to get an email response, each time, and at this rate, I'll be retired before I get things working.

      You can reach us via phone, this will definitely help if you need an urgent assistance. From then on, if the topic is more complex to be resolved on the phone we could jump on a remote session and this usually results resolving the issue right away.

      In regards to the 24-hours response time you are mentioning. I'm looking the data now and it's about 12hours between the replies (not 24) which is mostly influenced by the huge difference in the time zones.

      We are always looking for a ways to improve response times, so if you have any suggestions or positive experience from other companies in terms of support-service we'll love to hear it.

              All set! It was a Windows One Drive issue. Cosmos was installed there by default, and it was not working.
